For more than 20 years Keith has dedicated his life to health and fitness. After getting Certified at the National Academy of Sports Medicine, he got his start as a trainer at World’s Gym. Around the same time, Keith started learning every aspect of mixed martial arts; and used his fitness knowledge to coach his fellow training partners for the physical demands of this new and exciting sport. In 2004, he turned Professional and started his fighting career. Along with his brother Peter Jeffrey, Keith opened Tri-Force MMA/BJJ training center; which helped to put Northeast MMA on the map.
Kerri’s TFW fire was lit when she started out as a student in Training For Warriors RI’s 1st 8 Week Program. She thought she was destined to be a weak “skinny girl” with asthma for the rest of her life. After she completed the 8 Week Program, she gained strength, speed, muscle, and confidence. Both her results and life-changing lessons learned in the TFW system during the next two years inspired Kerri to bring her training to the next level.
Dan first got into fitness while playing football and wrestling in high school. However, he was never involved in a full training program until joining Training for Warriors RI during his amateur mixed martial arts career. He used the system to get stronger, faster, and more agile than his competition. Over the next 2 years of training, Dan fell in love with the results, the energy, philosophy, and the complete comradery from all the students. He made it his mission to become a TFW Coach.
Karl is a Certified Training for Warriors coach, professional photographer, and ‘stay-at-home-Dad’ who’s first job out of High School - 30 years ago - was working as a gym instructor at Powerhouse Gym in Timaru, New Zealand. Having been in the US for nearly 17 years Karl’s life has come full circle and taken him back to the gym where he has discovered a deep passion for the TFW system.
Anthony is a Certified Training for Warriors Coach. He first got involved in fitness playing football, boxing, and though his training in Mixed Martial Arts where he fought as an amateur. He fell in love with the process of transforming his own body through proper conditioning and nutrition. Using many different training regiments and going to different gyms, Anthony was still looking for an edge for his conditioning. He was looking to lean up, and to get to his proper fight weight. He found Training for Warriors, which proved to be exactly what he needed.
