Along with his brother Peter Jeffrey, Keith opened Tri-Force MMA/BJJ training center; which helped to put Northeast MMA on the map.

Dan Phelps

Head Coach

Dan first got into fitness while playing football and wrestling in high school. However, he was never involved in a full training program until joining Training for Warriors RI during his amateur mixed martial arts career. He used the system to get stronger, faster, and more agile than his competition. Over the next 2 years of training, Dan fell in love with the results, the energy, philosophy, and the complete comradery from all the students. He made it his mission to become a TFW Coach.
